Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra

It is only recently that I have developed an interest for watches. I'm thinking of getting the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. Need advise from experienced sifus here.
a) Where to buy? Watatime, Omega or others? I was at Watatime 1U but that branch no longer carry Omega.
b) Saw in a youtube video that dealers can give up to 15% discount from recommended retail price. Is that true?
c) Is buying a watch similar to buying a car? i.e. better to buy in January rather than December for additional one year of resale value.

Appreciate your feedback, thanks.

Sony Android TV not able to access Youtube

I bought my Sony Android TV about 3 months ago. I've been enjoying Youtube and Netflix direct streaming onto my Sony TV. Since last week I've not been able to access Youtube anymore. Anyone else with this problem? Can anything be done to rectify? Thanks in advance.

3d projector; Optoma hd33 or Acer 9500BD

Hi sifus,

I've read various reviews but still undecided between the Optoma hd33 or Acer 9500BD. I'm looking for an entry level 3d projector due to budget constraint. My dedicated home theatre room size is about 15' x 16' and I hope to project onto a 106" fixed screen.

Which is a better choice?

I think both are about the same price but the Acer may have a slight advantage due to the availability of lens shifts. But it is not easy to locate a dealer for the Acer, so far I've only found one located in Malacca.

Also, any suggestion for the fixed 106" screen? I've a budget of around RM1k and would probably opt for the Unic brand due to pricing. Any comment on this?

This is my first ever home theatre set-up, any advise will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Recommendation for AVR to suit B&W home theatre

Dear Sifus,

I'm getting my first ever home theatre system and would very much appreciate your feedbacks.
Basically I've already purchased the following from B&W at Jaya One,

a) Floor stander 683
b) Center HTM61
c) Surround 685
d) Subwoofer ASW610

For AVR, I'm considering Pioneer LX 75 or LX55 and Arcam AVR360.
What do you guys think? Is there a better choice to match with the above?

Thank you in advance.
