Investor for Australian Land Development Needed

We are looking for short term investors of around 18 months to fund development in Australia , specifically Perth, currently there is a recession here

Australian Citizens are not able to buy the land due to the recession.

This is a great time for overseas investors, we are looking for companies or individuals who have the capability of funding AUD $600000 and above depending on project.

Money from the investors will be used to invest in land in busy areas that will use to build high rise apartment and offices which normally take 18 months and above to finish depending on the type of project.

We provide an interest of 6% for investors annually and upon confirmation our project our developer in Australia will take a loan as a guarantor for extra funds for construction.

After sale of the project, profits will be split 50/50 among investors and our company, and we aim to provide an ROI of above 25% once land is sold after 18 months.

We currently have two investors that are from Malaysia and are looking for more at the moment, these investors have came to Perth and visited the site a few times and we provide black

& white of the details of the project, upon confirmation a contract will be made and signed. We aim to build long-term relationship with our investors so that there will be more business opportunities in the future.

All of the project will be carefully detailed and researched by our experts before jumping into the project as a guarantor, we are also at the risk, therefore anything below 25% ROI will not be taken. To those who are looking to make a small comission we also provide a 1% introductory comission.

Hey Guys,

I'm currently looking for a long term investor for my dropshipping e-commerce business, in the past year i have learnt alot about dropshipping more than anyone else i've known. I am currently working part time and studying at the same time which had unable me to scale my business to the next level. For anybody that doesn't know about dropshipping, we basically take products from overseas e.g china and we resell them for a higher price to people in the USA through marketing channel such as FB,Instagram and Youtube.

The reason why i need an investor is because, with a dropshipping busines the turnover is really high , and we get paid to our bank account evvery 3 days , meaning when my money has been spent on facebook ads, i would have to wait 3 days to receive the sales from the customer in order to pay for the next facebook as bill. This has caused the business to slow down dramatically.

Therefore i am currently looking for a long term investor who can come up with the funds to invest in this business. Profit will be split 60(ME)/40(YOU) and you will own the share of the website which in the future if we plan to sell it you would have a share of it.
