I have been interested in this girl since the start of my course at uni.I decided not too long ago to pursue her hence I started smsing her.this has been going on for about three weeks and her response has been pretty decent.the problem though is that sometimes she doesn't reply and I feel hurt by that alot.I do try to talk to her face to face but her friends are always there making it difficult to initiate a conversation with her most of the times.

there was this one time where i asked her out.she said yes at first but on the day she told me no personally.i thought of giving up then itself but listened to a friend who told me to persist.so the smsing continued and i complimented her.she was receptive towards it as well.

two days ago i smsed her but she still hasnt replied.i am trying not to push it too hard and come across as desperate to her.she does glance at me a lot recently though i pretend otherwise.i am not sure if i can continue like this because i have been here before last time.it depleted my mental strength that i never really pursued any other girl for quite some time until a month ago or so.i fear that if i fail this time i might just stop pursuing anyone altogether.i just cant tell if she is interested but afraid to commit or just being nice to me.to pursue or not is my question.i would highly appreciate your responses.
