Windows on Mac Boot Camp start up time

hi

i've a MacBook Pro Retina 15" running on OS Mavericks which I've just brought few weeks ago

i was thinking to use boot camp to install Windows 7 pro on my MacBook Pro.

before i do that, i would like to know, if installing windows 7 pro on my MacBook, would slow down the start up time (i.e. booting the system time)

at the moment, it took about 5 - 7 seconds to show the login screen on my MacBook. and once i typed in my password, it took only about 5 - 7 seconds as well to load the desktop (which i really love this fastness).

my concern is, will installing windows 7 pro makes the loading time longer.

anyone who has experience in this could share with me your thoughts?

How much do you guys spend on food + supplement?

Want to have a survey here, how much do you guys spend on food + supplement per month? Esp. in this trying economic times..

My average is about RM600 per month on food and RM150 on supplements.
Have 6 meals a day, 4 meals are solid food, the other 2 are protein shakes.

Food are usually like:
Chicken Breast
Eggs
Beef steak (occasionally)
Salmon (occasionally)
Oats
Sweet Potatos
Some vegetables
Eating out (once/twice a week treat)
Ice-creams/chocolates if have left-over money

I shop at Jusco/Cold Storage/Tesco. Hard to find nice quality food in Carrefour/Giant.

Supplements:
Whey protein brought in bulk
Creatine

Usually I buy from Egonutritions/Supplement88.com

Travel to Mexico, Cancun

Am looking for flights to there, but only found one flight to Los Angeles, U.S.A. from MAS - the nearest place to Mexico. Probably I need to take a second flight from LAX to Mexico. Any other airlines suggestions departing from KLIA?
