Need Pro working out tips and diet

Hi, I'm 22 years only, and just registered to a gym to work out. I've been reading, taking tests which says that I'm a mesomorph, which means I gain muscle as easily as I can lose them. And now I'm just starting to put some effort to working out, I would like some pro tips from all you guys because I don't want to waste time going to a gym but not being efficient in it.. I'm 175 cm tall, with 63 kg mass, which means I'm classified as ''Healthy''.

My goal: Achieve a lean and not-so-bulky body, with ripped muscles (the ripped muscles can wait)

These are some of the questions I faced before I start working out intelligently:

1. I'm thinking to buy a Mass Gainer for the first few months to gain weight, then start maintaining with Protein Powders once I'm satisfied with my weight, and maintain my muscle mass to get ripped. Is this okay?

2. How many meals per day? I get so confused with the carbs and proteins servings @@

3. The training regime I think I can google and not trouble with so many questions, but I have a very huge problem. When I eat, I don't get fat and my muscle mass is okay and standard on other parts of the body, but it adds up to my stomach, which makes me flabby. I'm worried if I consume Mass Gainers, I will add to this part instead of my other parts. I want my food/supplement intakes to disperse equally to my other parts of the body. What should I do? Because I heard to gain weight, don't cardio..

Sorry for any beginner questions, all these infos is killing me.. Need pro help on my specific body, thank you!

Financial Analyst

as the topic, my dream job is always being a financial analyst. but i need advice, even better from experienced or professionals who have worked in this field before.

i just wanna know what course should i take to become a financial analyst.

here's my pre-ferred line :

1) degree in banking and finance ---> CFA

is this okay?

or should i take other line :

2) degree in accounting and finance ---> CFA

3) degree in accounting and finance ---> CIMA ---> CFA

i've asked some lecturer, and they said the accounting and finance course will take u to being a financial analyst. is the knowledge to become a financial analyst, to be mostly in accounting/finance line? not banking/finance line?

and, the reason i put choice no.3 is because, i know for the fact, financial analyst position is always being held by experienced seniours of the company.
rarely on fresh graduates. so i was thinking, if im taking the accounting/finance line, i should take a professional cert in accounting 1st (CIMA because im more into managerial accounting, compared to technical accounting), as market are high in demand for accountants. then take CFA, only try go for my dream job.

i need some help here, pls and thank you! >.<

Nilai UC or MMU?

As the heading above, i would like to know which is better in offering business courses. I've found out that nilai UC is the better choice, because of its lack of distractions and conducive learning enviroments. not to forget its business course credibility. i want to pursue a degree in BBA (specialization is still under consideration). but mmu is also offering business courses (which mostly is in multimedia, and i do not know the difference?). and so here is a few items for debate regarding the two institutes :

MMU (cyberjaya) or Nilai UC?

a) Learning enviroment - nilai ''green'' campus v.s. mmu's high tech surroundings

b) Better business programs - i heard nilai UC is offering practical-based business courses? while mmu is multimedia? (i still dun get that)

c) Facilities - the winner might go to mmu, but this will cause hecticness compared to nilai UC

d) Lectures - i have no clue whatsoever regarding this topic, so i hope u all can help me on this. e.g. nilai UC's lecturers cant speak good english

e) Job prospect - which of the 2 will give good job prospects (business path), and if think its almost the same, just state its the same. eventhough my mum says, ''mmu is more recognizable''. but i think otherwise since mmu is more to IT and creative multimedia. correct me if im wrong here.

I would really like to get good feedbacks regarding this matter, as i will be attending both open days this weekend. professional feedback is most welcomed
Thank you.

P/S : oh, if possible please avoid any supportism k? e.g. a person from mmu ''COME MMU THEY ARE THE BEST NILAI UC SUCKS'' or a person from nilai UC '' NILAI UC IS THE BEST MMU ONLY CAN CREATE CARTOON !@#!$% ETC.''
