Two iTouch, One account?

I'm about to have a 2nd iTouch which I'm getting for my gf, and I'm just wondering, if I register her iTouch under my iTunes account, will I be able to share my games and apps to her iTouch? Basically I just want to save costs on buying apps and games. Will this work? Or is there another way? Please advise and thanks!

Sound Card Problem

Recently I have bought a Creative Sound Blaster 5.1VX but after installation, my PC refuses to boot, there is power as the power button has light but nothing comes on the screen. Fans in the casings do spin but still it doesn't boot up. I was previously using the onboard sound card for my 2.1 speakers but now that I have changed to a 5.1 set I found that my sound card was not working with it so I went to get the Creative. My PC packs a 400 watt power supply with a nVidia ENGT240, a 250GB Samsung and 80GB WD HDD plus 2 internal Coolermaster LED fans. I think that should be more than sufficient power for everything?

PLEASE HELP!
