New Laptop Without Manufacturer Warranty

Hi everyone, I need some advise before proceed to buy new laptop..

I went to Lowyat few days back, and found a great deal at Pakistani shop. The seller said the laptop is new but has no manufacturer warranty as it was brought from US . They only can provide 1 year shop warranty, not sure official or just verbally.

Anyone has experience buying from them? Hope dont mind to share.
