Hotel Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns
- Provide an outstanding guest experience
- Maintain an orderly front desk
- Operate computer programs and incoming calls for booking enquiries
- Maintain guest records and book reservations
- Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort

Hotel Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/reception setting
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise
- Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise and work under pressure
- Positive working attitudes and good personalities
- Willing to work at Sg. Chua, Kajang

Working Hours, Salary and Remunerations
- 26 working days a month
