Leaking Petrol from Merc E200 (Year 1997)

The above is the situation that I'm facing. Symptoms as follows:

Model: Mercedes Benz E200
Year: 1997 / 2002
Signs:
1) Petrol smell, petrol sighted at the above pic AND on the floor if parked and didnt start the engine for 1 day
2) Location of the above picture is Passenger side, BACK SEAT. Under the car, of course.
3) After driving the car (drove it to office / mall or wherever), then all those wet spot are gone. Leave it parked, then it came back.

Any advice what is the issue here? What needs to be replaced / fixed? How much could it potentially cost?

Note: Market value of this vehicle is around RM 15,000...so, really need to weigh replacement vs repair.

Would love to seek all's advise/comment/review on Yamaha Y80.

I saw one at a local motorcycle shop and fell in love with it. It is claimed to be in working condition and its a 2 stroke.

Any advise against this model?..or whether i should look for other older bike?

Objective of the bike:
1) For casual ride from home to work (22km return trip)
2) For the feel good retro feel of 80cc, 3-speed gear
3) For personal collection with no intention to resell (at least in the coming 5-6 years)

1) Just wondering, are we able to transfer insuranace which is still valid?

for example, I own Motorcycle A. Then I sell Motorcycle A (insurance still valid). Then I buy Motorcycle B, Can I trnasfer the insurance from Motorcycle A to Motorcycle B?

Dear sifus and gurus,

I need some advice from all gurus and sifus on whether should I buy Dell Inspiron Small Desktop costing RM1.299 or should I build a cheaper rig that could also fulfill the computing needs of parents.

Purpose of rig: Skype, read online news, facebook, watch shows/pictures, check email, youtube, read PDF file.

Currently I'm contemplating to get a Small Desktop unit from Dell costing Rm1,299. I will list the spec below. (Source: http://www.dell.com/my/p/inspiron-3647-sma...-small-desktop)

Proc: Core™ i3-4150 processor (3M Cache, 3.5 GHz)
HDD: 1TB
RAM: 4gb
Mobo: Got Wifi

So, my question is,how much of a budget do I need to fulfill the above-mentioned computing needs of parents? What are some suggested parts which I should get? Or buying from Dell is a good choice?

Note: Would prefer to have Wifi from the mobo (or adapter attached to Mobo, if such a thing exist ). Cost of Monitor, OS and Software can be excluded as I have all already. )
