Chinese Marriage Ceremony

Chinese marriage ceremony is kinda traditional, and in other words, boring! It all begin with the groom with his male friends visiting the bride's home with a roast sw*ne. The men are welcomed by a string of funny activities set by the gals, followed by tea ceremony, and then the bride is brought back to the groom's home. This is followed by another tea ceremony again, lunch, and finally dinner.

What are the other options?

For example,

Buddhist marriage ceremony
What else? Let's discuss what are the "less traditional" marriage ceremony that you have had or have visited.

Date a Mature Guy

Every now and then, guys in the forum seem desperate to look for girlfriend. But, what you don't know is, gals find mature man attractive!

By mature man, I mean those within the age 28-32 years old. Excluding those sex, drug, gambling and drinking addicts.

Why gals are after them? Many reasons.

1. Successful. Be it in career, i.e. Senior, Manager; and education, i.e. Master's and PhD. This translates into confidence.

2. Stable and have a lump sum of saving. For secure and stable life.

3. Good behaviour. They do NOT argue with gals out of trivial matters. They only think about BIG matters. They tend to take good care of gals and speak gently. All in all, he would demonstrate the gentleman characteristics.

4. Good lifestyle. This applies to his clothing, car, house and any other accessories. It's the guy's mature choice and taste that gals fall for. Modest shirt and pants with leather shoes; Cars with sporty outlook like Honda Civic, Toyota, Nissan, Audi, Mazda, or Ford. Double storey house or condo.

5. Good health. Still young and energetic to run about and take challenges.

6. Entertaining. They have sense of humour.

7. Rather similar level of handsome. Guys at this age group tend to have the same level of handsome. Those cute guys at early 20s do not seem to outshine others anymore. There is no handsome or not handsome men in the eyes of most gals.

So, guys, stop whining or disappointing for NOT having a GF if you are below 28! No big deal at all, just make sure you gain at least FIVE characteristics in the list.

I'm referring to after marriage.

gals, say your man works at overseas for 5 years, I mean developed countries like UK, Australia, NZ and HK, will you follow him? For example, he is earning about 3,500 pounds per month in UK. Do you mind to confine and give birth at overseas? To take care of children at overseas?

Do you think this is a great challenge? Would you rather stay back in Malaysia?

P/S:

just as i was trying to recover from a broken relationship, i changed my FB status to single again. a female friend of mine (since primary school) then PM me a sweet message. she was trying to mend my broken heart, and help me to recover, and ask if i could go over to ipoh for holidays or she'll come to meet me... she's sweet!

i dun think ipoh girl so materialistic one lah... and she's not materialistic person...

i want to forget my ex i think the most effective way is to hate her. don't say i should wish her well or whatsoever, all i want is to forget about her and start a new life and date. so, the best way is to hate her! she deserved to be hate! she cheated on me, she loved me, yet she settled with other! still, i can't forget her, help!

We dated for 7 years!!!!!
