my mobo P5KPL-AM is out of commision.... this is my specs.... i was wondering if u guys have any good recomendation for a good yet cheap mobo to subsitute this mobo...

how can i build a pc with a budgett of 1.5k or below....
intel i3processor / core 2 duo, 2 gb ram , 1tb hard disk and monitor mouse....
for office use type of pc...... no GC needed...

and can anyone recomend a good printer that can last me a long time..... now i m using canon pixma 280.... which kinda sucks..... i printed abt more than a 100 pagess than need to be repaired....which cost 100++ after that the printer rosak..>< than need get a new one... can anyone recomend a printer photosat and scanner in one???? a good one that can last me longer...

and can anyone tell me what fax maxhine that is good..... a nice cheap one.......
