Questions regarding creative resume

Hi all, I have finished my studies and right now is looking for a job. My field is graphics & multimedia, so I guess it is pretty familiar with everyone here about creative resume. There are a few websites that list some good creative resume, and they've got responses from viewers. However there are some feedbacks who said that creative resume is overrated, and is not needed, and a sign of people who are trying too hard to show that they are good in designing.

My question is, is it really necessary to make a creative resume to apply for a job? Because personally I think it is a good way to show your personality and skill but those negative feedbacks that I read of sort of made me think about how potential employers would think about creative resume. Opinion is much much appreciated. Thank you

How to have a looping animated background?

Hi all, I'm having a problem with my uni project.

I'm creating a flash website for kids, with buttons that is linked to other pages that contains information. I want it to have moving clouds at the background, but I don't know how to do it right. It's because for each button, I put "stop" action. So the cloud that I have animated at the back would not move because of the "stop" action that I put at other frames.

Does anyone know how to do it?

Textile Shop in Malaysia

Does anyone know where can we find a textile shop that offers a wide variety of cotton textile? Not like the flowery cotton that is always made into baju kurung or dress or skirts, but the plain ones with different textures and thickness that is used to make t-shirts.

The date in my blog is lost

Hello there everyone.

So let's go straight to the point yeah. I changed the layout of my blog (the template is not from any template websites, it's the one given in Blogger) but the problem is, the date for each posts is gone! What should I do? I checked the html code and I think everything is alright, there is nothing wrong with the code for the date. Well, I hope so, because I'm not really an expert in html codings hehe.

Has anyone ever encountered the same problem? Does anyone knows how to fix it? Your help is really really really much appreciated.
