Hotspot device stops sharing

Device 1: Turn on Hotspot
Device 2: To connect to D1 hotspot

Issue 1: D2 need to manually select D1 hotspot to connect, not 'automatically connect'
Issue 2: Whenever D2 goes into lockscreen, D2 disconnects from D1 hotspot. D1 hotspot also automatically 'stop' although Hotspot shows as 'ON', need to enter the Hotspot settings to reactivate.

Tried googling but seem there is no solution.

JPJ vs FIS update

Hi
I’m in the process of purchasing a used car.

Seller wants to retain his number plate. Hence he interchange with a motorcycle plate and did bank loan settlement.
However now his bank having issues updating FIS cos the number plate changed but loan fully settled via cash.
Anyone is familiar with the process and if this is real issue?

Ram under Computer Properties showing only 8gb usable out of 16gb. Using 4x4gb HyperX Fury 1600mhz.

I checked 'msconfig' > advanced options and maximum memory is NOT checked.

ZCpu and Bios recognizes I have 16gb installed

Using W7 64bit btw..
