1) Buy RM2.20 sticker for domestic

2) if after weight, pos office say is over the weight of 20gm, then i need to stick normal stamps is it? like the 60sens 40sens stamp.

3) after that stick it on the a4 envelope i prepare, need to write anything on sticker? i have yet to see the sticker before.

4) later i think need peel out the sticker label?

can someone experienced in this guide me abit.

cpu cooler: cm hyper 212+
mobo: p8z77-m (MATX)
16gb ram 1600mhz

what i plan to do:
change to atx mobo, (asrock extreme 4)
change cooler to Noctua NH-D15
16gb ram 1600mhz

current OC 4.3ghz, if i change to extreme4, possible to get higher clock since better mobo?

going for better cooler also.

is it worth doing the changes.

please advise.
