My yearly bonus

Hey guys,

So i got my bonus today, in which was announced in a general meeting, that the average was X months (i will not mention the exact amount due to privacy circumstances as i may have colleagues or bosses lurking around here). The bonus given to each employee is based on their performance.

So for the past year, I've been working under a new boss.. and on the 6th month of the year, my supervisor left the company, so i have to take up his responsibilities and jobs roles, shared between me and my other colleague, but I do sightly more as i'm the senior of the team now. So the next 6 months was pretty much hell for me since i have to do my own things, and my supervisor's things as well, and end up sometimes things did not turn out as well as its suppose to be ie delays in jobs, quality dropped a little.. and more errors here and there due to the heavy deadline and last minute environment, but I always try my best to get things done on time with minimal mistakes unless its really too last minute and cant be helped.

Thats the background story, so now when i opened my letter, i found that i got Y months.. which is below the average that was announced, and when i checked with my good friends in the company, who had the X months, the difference was about 30%, which i think is quite alot..

So then I thought to myself.. if bonus is given based on performance, and I got below average, does that mean i'm under performing? The fact that i'm doing 1 and a half person's job, is not bad enough, my boss thinks i'm under performing? I was thinking I should at least be getting average?

I dunno. maybe i'm just ranting but do you guys think i should approach my boss and demand for a higher bonus? Or should i just stfu and just move on? Your thoughts. Thanks.

Which courier service is good?

Hi guys,

I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but i've read all the poslaju/skynet/kangaroo/etc threads and they all say they have crappy service and watsoever.

So now, I'm doing running a small business and my items are usually quite light, but requires a huge box since the packaging is big. I;ve been using Poslaju for the past few months, as the prices are relatively cheap, however now they are charging everything by volumetric weight since the content of my box is lighter than the "box weight" and thus making postage really expensive now.

So, the question is, is there any courier service that I can use, to maintain the low price, or do they all now go by volumetric charges for my case? If so, which courier service has the lowest price? I see this as quite a big prob for me, since the postage is freking expensive, while my items are cheaper than the postage itself

Any help or advise guys? Please dont tell me to close shop
