unicool 4mb package

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone from USJ 3 area manage to get 4mb for the unicool package... anyone? I went to tm point for a few times but they said my area cant support 4mb while the website and 100 say otherwise... It is very frustrating when i am thinking of upgrading but in the end, use back the same speed package...
