My lenovo Y470 laptop used for 1yr++, the dust sure very thick inside...I tried to open to clean it myself, but the screw is too tight and I don't want to spoil the screw, need to find a EXPERIENCED computer shop to service it...

I know most of the people clean it themselves, but really difficult to open. Please share your experiences/recommendations~

Changing Address of Streamyx Unipack

Hi, firstly I'm a Streamyx user, because I'm a student so after I finished my Diploma level I will move to other place to continue my Degree therefore I might unable to finish the 2 years contract of Streamyx Unipack.

I would like to ask a few question I mention below :

1. Is that possible to transfer the Streamyx Unipack to a new address?

2. If my new address do not support 4Mbps Streamyx Package, can the Package Speed be change according to what the address location can support so that I able continue using Streamyx service?

I already e-mail to tm customer care, waiting for their reply. Just want to ask is there anyone face this problem before?
