Synology Photo backup Issue - IOS

Hi,
I had a Synology DS 420+, with DSM 7.0.

I'm having a big concern on backup my photo from my iPhone to Synology. It cant run the backup in IOS background, you need to on your phone screen in order it execute the backup. I have search answer around the web, and it says is IOS issue as it blocks the app run at the background when screen off. But it works well using Google photo. I think it just excuse from Synology.

Anyone facing the same issue ?

Really desperate to resolve this. Appreciate if someone can shed me some light.. sad.gif

Apple reject to fix my iPhoneXS from Maxis

I had issue with the camera and battery performance dropped. I sent my IPhone XS to Machines, and Machines checks and everything were valid, then they proceed send to Apple to do the fix AFTER 6 days. Days later, Apple feedback that my phone cant proceed to fix due to the unit has been serviced by "unauthorized personnel". BTW, my phone are still under warranty

I'm in mist. I never send my phone to any third party, but Apple claimed that. (I bought it new from Maxis). Called Apple, they claimed they cant see the tracker in the system and help me clarify with Machines. Apple feedback that Machines claimed that my phone was tampered before sending to Apple. This is not aligned what Machines told me. They said my phone shouldnt be a problem to get fix in Apple.

Now I'm stucked. Machine ask me deal with Apple, and Apple ask me deal with Machine.

I was thinking if both of them are telling the fact ... The last suspect will be Maxis. As I never send in my phone to others. Just checking anyone facing the same issue and how you resolved it ?

Would like to get advice from all Sifus here on the best practice if our business partner is a person that we not really know (maybe introduce by friend or know them online)

For example,
1. What kind of contract is needed between us? normally who will draft the contract? both lawyer ? or there's a standard contract template ? or no need at all, all based on trust.
2. Any precaution? any thing need to be clear ? or ..

Reno Sequence

Hi guys,

I'm getting my house key in end of Feb. it is a basic unit thus a lot of reno shall be done.
I'm really confuse what job to do first and which of them can be done parallel. Moreover, I'm going over seas soon, left my wife to do all these thing, I hope i can support her remotely.

Below are the things I would like to do, hope you guys can advice me on this:

1. Flooring:
-------------------------
living room flooring (paint first or flooring first as afraid the paint will mess on the floor and vice versa, or plaster ceiling first as afraid the tools or stair case would scratch the floor)
kitchen flooring (cabinet/wardrobe first or flooring first?)
rooms Flooring (cabinet/wardrobe first or flooring first?)

2. Plaster ceiling + electrical + lighting + fan:

electrical job (i believe this one come before the paint)
Plaster Ceiling ( plaster ceiling first or paint first ? as plaster ceiling need to be paint again after finished ??)
painting (on plaster ceiling too??)

3. Painting

at last are:

Furniture + electronic appliances + curtain

I have been search for a house for 1 year. I gave up as the price of the unit is far away my budget. The only way is to try auction. But I'm noob in this.
