High Usage COM Surrogate dllhost.exe

Hello,

My computer seems to have a problem whenever i only open on my /F: folder (not /C:) to view some other folders inside the hdd.

My computer began to slow down and RAM Memory is slowly increasing every second.
From what i notice in the task manager,
there's a process call dllhost.exe where its eating away all the ram and its description under COM Surrogate.

To recover normally i have to restart every time when i open the F folder, and after that everything is okay, but ill never touch the /:F just to avoid it.

I look around with Mr.Google and which quite confuse whether its a malware or link to the system32.

Suggest a liquid cooling or stick to the old one ,2 fans probably since amd has heating issue

Any adjustment or suggestion?
No specific budget, but the cheaper price to get would be nice at any specific shop hehehe

Right now my gaming rig gpu is GTX760 DirectCU ii,
will this gpu would be okay if i put 2 monitor for a single gpu
mostly my games will be played for one monitor
i just wanted to do my work by multitasking
or do i need to buy another gpu ?

Hello all sifu's...
I'm kinda new to this build gaming rig so kinda have abit knowledge about it
but with buying a new pc, i think it maybe to help me know more

So things that maybe i want for my new pc :-

- ill be facing the computer mostly like 5 to 6 hours.
-Plays any game from mario to Battlefield 4, casual gamer ( maybe ill lower the setting to high or medium, never ultra)
- love's to download lol (who doesnt )
- been a fan of nvidia so idk what gpu can last long or which one is good ( 670 or 760 ? )
- need a monitor ofcourse, but splits monitors , easy for me to do my work multipurpose with 2 monitors ,codings and etcs , ill be playing games with one monitor, wont go for both splits screen ( do i really need 2 gpu for it ?) in another more years or if i have money will go for 3 monitors
- i think ill buy everything in low yat plaza since its convenience.
- if can will last long pc ( like 4 or 5 years ?) will upgrade slowly

range either below 4k or 3k , but if can 3k , correct me if i over did it of my need of specs

any recommends are welcome
