Laptop and phone unable to connect wifi T-T

Hey guys,

Problem that has been bothering me for a few days now.

My laptop and phone won't connect to the wifi. Only my iPad does. Things I tried on laptop forget network and every time I connect it says windows was unable to connect to xxxx.

Windows troubleshooting leads me to no where..

Two days ago, after my housemate restart the unifi, my iPhone and laptop cannot connect to the wifi, my phone stated unable to join the network no matter how many times I tried by restart both my phone and the modem, same goes to my laptop, it just simple say windows was unable to connect. But, my iPad is perfectly fine even after I pressed forget this network and restyle again the password to connect and it has no problem at all. Does anyone here know why is this happen and somebody help me please?
