Pentium With Mid-range Graphic Card?

Hello Quite a while not posting.
I have PC, kinda old , specs entry level year 2009.
5 month ago, I just buy new CPU+Motherboard and RAMs and one FullHD Monitor.
CPU is Intel Pentium G450 , Motherboard from Gigabyte, H61m-s1 and 6 GB of RAM [ 2GB+4GB ]
Well, after upgrade all this hardware. Somehow, my Windows becoming slow, no matter how much I reformat this system. Second, making matter worst for me, my old Graphic Card Nvidia GeForce GT240 [ buy Q1 2010 ] just went busted. Probably unable to handle new FullHD Screen or things getting old . BTW, that graphic card been Folding@Home quite a while. That a year ago

So, here's my questions !
1# Is my Old Hard Drive bottlenecking or becoming old ?
If do so, should I buy a new Hard Drive ? If do, can you recommend me one. Price range about RM150

2# Well, main question, I want a mid-range graphic card, maybe GTX 650, GT640, HD 7750 or HD 7790.
But, are thus considered bottlenecking to my entry level Pentium or just enough horsepower to go ??

3# Well, If that enough horsepower. there's any of those card are short lengths?? My PC is pretty small which just fit enough for my Mini Casing.

WIndows 7 unable to read 4 GB SDHC card (newly purchase card)
Any idea ... ..
1# ,My computer load ....unable to detect the card .
2# No pop-up detecting new SD card
3# Light show the SD card inserted into my acer desktop is light up!

Man I just stuck with this problem
Its so confusing
The problem is I going to buy Samsung Story Station G3 ,it has only USB 3.0
What the problem is are USB 3.0 can be connected into USB 2.0 port?
(some times Google are crazy search !)

External hard drive buying

I know this sound redundant post ,but I really need your help!!!
Since there allot HOT external hard drive ,I just don't have enough eyes to watch what they special and capable.
There minimum money that I can afford to buy is RM 260(over head price is 270) ......External drive size .....recommending 2.5 but 3.5 considered too.
Brand , Any .Connection cable ,USB 2.0 is recommended (FreeAgent GoFlex Drives ultra recommended)
Hard drive capacity ,THE BIGGER ,THE BATTER!!!! (1 TB is recommended)
My early search .....
FreeAgent Go (2.5) 500GB RM 260
FreeAgent Desk (3.5) 1TB RM 269
Samsung G3 (3.5") 1TB RM 240
which one the best??

[Help] Can't read DVD-9 ?

Yoooo-h!!!
I can't sure .....but i hate it !!!
Here the info ,last night ,I just buy an anime DVD(my first DVD buying!!) .
It contain 3 DVD , one DVD-9 and rest is DVD-5.
As my knowledge says that ,DVD-5 is single layer but DVD-9 dual layer
What come the problem is i can't read my DVD-9 ,but the problem just happen on this anime DVD .
I test on my father Avatar DVD , that is a DVD-9 ,it works ,it can load right after i insert the disk
The anime DVD-9 .......long,long waiting ,windows still try to load the DVD.
The second thing that ,i dont have Home DVD player ,on my PC to watch DVD........There is anyway to test the DVD works ,

I cant sure its a combo drive ...but it ,take a look with the picture

can someone give me any suggestion to. I'm really don't know which one is better .This is what i thought

-If i buy a electric guitar, i could play well and my reputation will increase (i mean in school and been looking good by school mate)
i already got an acoustic guitar and i'm not a beginner. Hang out with my other guitar m8 is also cool

uninstalling Graphic driver

before you installing new graphic card ,you need to uninstall the graphic card driver(different type of driver)

i dont have a graphic card and my driver is Intel GMA
there anyway to uninstall the graphic driver ??
and how to do it

If i OC my Bus Speed (FSB) .my DRAM frequency will go up
for example my non OC at 333 Mhz DRAM(DDR2-667) but once i OC .it rise to 374 MHz

this act may damage my RAM?

My temp usually at 43C(idle) to 55C(100% load)
when i OC at 2.7GHz .temp at 46C to 57C
that consider to be safe temp range ???

and ,usually when OC-ing 20% more clock ,what temp it reach??(on hot day)

is that is usual during OC-ing ??

if not ,i need to Up the core Voltage???

the wattage use only use 250 watt right??

i see allot of benchmark test ,tested on i7 or i5 or Core2duo
i think my spec just too low or "cukup-cukup makan"

ok my PC is intel pentium dual core 2.4GHz (desktop CPU)

recently my ELECTRIC BILL LIKE HELL UP PRICE

but suddenly read about this Intel speedstep where you can make your pc energy saving (best for mobile PC)
I want to turn the Speedstep on ,
but they say that the performance will be reduced
there will be lass performance gain????
