Gaming GPU for 1600x900

Plan for a new rig , my monitor only 1600x900. I even got another extra laying around when bro RMA his monitor & buy new one for temporary replacement.
So kinda waste to buy a new monitor. Need a GPU for this new rig for gaming 1600x900 on ultra with 60 fps if possible.
Skyrim , BF4 , Dayz.

Another one with SSD , if i install OS in normal drive & games on SSD , is there any setback?

MY current rigs , Planning to place at my second home but need some minor upgrade first then finally buy a new one

AMD anthlon X2 3600+ 2.0ghz
4 GIG DDR2
5 X SATA HDD
MSI 9500GT 1GB DDR2
500 Watt cooler master (my old one died along with 2x 5 years HDD & Mobo )

if i want to change to a better GPU , what is the best GPU for me ... before the processor bottleneck it

Window explorer has stop working and need to resta

New window 7 ultimate 32bit user a weeks old, it's all fine but yesterday i got this problems.
It's start while i browsing a folder most of them are picture & video , i change .. sort by modified to search latests file
then the folder is not responding , i open process explorer and kill explorer exe then start a new one ,it's ok but after
5-10 secs an error occurred , window explorer has stop working and need to restart . it's even happens when you don't open
any folder too

1.run sfc /scannow > all ok
2.scan with kapersky , Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware & hijackthis also with window defender > ok
2.run on safe mode & log in as other user still got error
3.no new program install before the problem happened
4.try disable all third party services and tools at misconfig .. no joy
5.runchkdsk fixed some error , but still got same problem
