Video footage from Central Africa shows Portuguese paratroopers in heavy combat with african rebels in the area of Bambari in the Central African Republic earlier this month.

The combat footage was recorded during a major operation that included 50 hours of heavy combat firefights and led to the seizure of a rebel base in the area of Bambari.

The paratroopers of the Portuguese armed forces are currently operating under the United Nations’ peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic.

The battle began when African rebels of the UPC (Union for Peace in the Central African Republic) launched a violent attack on the town of Bambari, some 400 kilometres from the capital Bangui, in a bid to seize resources and extort the local population by collecting taxes.

The UPC is a former member of the Seleka rebel alliance, a coalition of mainly Muslim groups that seized power in the majority Christian country in 2013.

Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said his country signed so-called memorandums of understanding worth $20 billion of investment in Pakistan.

“We are creating a great future for Saudi Arabia and Pakistan,” Prince Mohammed said at a reception by Prime Minister Imran Khan after the kingdom’s de facto ruler reached Islamabad on Sunday on a two-day trip. The two nations signed investments deals in energy and agriculture sector including setting up a $10 billion oil refinery in southwestern city of Gwadar.

The iPhone 5s shipped with IOS7. 5 major OS updates ago and it is not only supported, but runs faster on the newest version IOS.
To put things into perspective, the flagship Android phones that were released the same year were the LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One (the original one, not the M8), Nexus 5, and the Galaxy Note 2.

There are current flagships from all of the companies above that don't even have the latest version of Android.. Even the Nexus 5, a phone made by Google, stopped getting updates 3 versions of Android ago.
