Unwanted internet usage

Hello guys. Actually this problem happened to my friend when Digi charge her rm8 per day for the internet she didn't use on her bb (curve 8520). She subscribed to Digi's prepaid plan for bb which charges rm1 per day for the usage of facebook, twitter and bbm. Apart from these applications, she'd never use her bb to surf the net. She was worried when Digi deducted her prepaid credit everyday for the internet she didn't use. She already called Digi customer service and they told her she's connected to the internet, that's why they charge her rm8. They couldn't do nothing to solve this and insisted her to go check her bb to the phone shop. How come they said that she's using the internet and deducted rm8 from her credit when she's only using the applications that are only limited to her service plan that she subscribe? This problems have been going for days now and she's really frustrated everytime she topup digi will deduct rm8.

I need all the help I can get to solve the problem. Do you guys have any solutions?

Problem with cd/dvd drive when using win 7

I've already installed win 7 recently and all went well but the problem is.. my cd/dvd drive wont work with win 7. It works in BIOS mode but when entered the OS, it suddenly stop working and function. FYI, i'm using LG cd/dvd drive. Is it a compatible issues or LG cd/dvd drive couldnt work with win 7?

i oredi install windows 7 but automatically after that my cd/dvd drive stop working.. as in other words. it stops functioning/jam. fyi, my cd/dvd drive is LG. do you guise know the best solution for this?
