You might find yourself wondering, Mister Fatty is an awful name! even for oneself to be referred to.
Mister Fatty would mean something mean by teasing someone's weight or even an insult to an individual.

If you read my Fitness Journal in the Health & Fitness section, you'll see this.

Once I was over 90kg, now +- 70kg. I've lost about 20kgs in the past year.

"Fatty" was one of the glamor names I've been called in school (Both primary and secondary).
I was firstly irritated but somehow I grew up with the name. Before you proceed in assuming anything else.
If you have the time, you should read the long version of my Obesity story.

Hey You, Fat Ass

I'm just an ordinary guy who had been through the "obese" process. Mister Fatty pretty much represent my past and the past molds who I am right now.
Even if you might say, "You're not even fat!", I still have the "Fat Boy" in my personality, No?

Mister Fatty is a blog where Mister Fatty himself will share things that he does, and events he go through to put him where he as right now.
It's all real! Nothing is impossible, you just have to start now. As what I like to say, "Impossible is nothing".

Men's Health 2010 RnD Joseph's Workout Journal

The Story.
I've been fat for the early 17 years of my life. I've go through all the downs that an obese person could encounter.
Late 2009, I've been trimming it off with intense cardio. I've lost from 90kg to 69kg (January 2010).
Being lucky, I was selected into Men's Health Refine and Define program 2010. I want to drive myself to my
goal now. To be at a level that I dreamed off when I was obese. To finally have that washboard tummy and
feel great about myself.

The Goal.
Now, as common as "I want to be like that famous superstar, have that six packs like his!", I chose to differ.
I've understand that, doing this would be at best and I am choosing to do this to reach my self satisfaction.
Still, my goals are close to that particular subject. I don't want to be as buff as bodybuilders.
But, that six packs and biceps are great.

It's do or die. I understand when there's no pain, there's no gain. I am 71kgs in about 175cm.

How much cardio I need?

P/s: Working out rocks, when you see yourself getting buffer or even the veins coming out. Cheers
