Can any one help to Recommendation me on hardware for animation rig? this my first wanted to buy animation workstation

1. STATE your budget
-10k-15k(the budget can extend other 5k more(if needed))

2. STATE the parts
- all hardware part that are require for animation work(include the rendering work)
- Also recommend the computer casing
- liquid cooling system or normal cooling (which of this is better for the animation work station)

3. STATE your purpose.
- For modeling and rendering work(animation)

4. STATE your intended purchase date
- After confirm the budget for each hardware has obtain

5. STATE your preference (AMD or Intel, ATI or nVidia, must have MSI board, monitor must not be LG........whatever)
- i prefer Intel
- Nvidia (Quadro fx)
- for the motherboard, can recommend this?
