I'm a matriculation graduate (accounting).

I've targeted accounting degree for my first choice in UM. I personally think that it's my first choice and my last choice, due to the high reputation and convenience granted by this Uni.

Therefore, here's the question :

If i choose Economics degree as my second choice in UPU, is it possible for me to change my course to Accounting degree? Because i think that it's easy for me to get Economics degree due to the low reputation of this course among students. Which means that if i can't get my first choice, i still have my second choice to get an Accounting degree.

can i know the fee of BACHELOR OF COMMUNICATION program in HELP University college?

# Bachelor of Communication (Media Studies) (Honours)
# Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations) (Honours)
# Bachelor of Communication (Marketing Communication) (Honours)

these three courses also the same fee or different? if different,pls list down the fees respectively

how to apply for loan (CAT course)

i'm currently SPM graduates and decided to join CAT course @ sunway college (apr intake). But now i'm -ing about the loan's application for this course. as i know, PTPTN doesn't offer loan to study CAT course or any professional course. so where can i apply loan to study this course? izzit ANY bank will offer loan for professional course?
