Asus N55 SF

Few days ago i just bought my N55SF-SX047V in Melaka, Malaysia on 5th September. I did complaint about my usb 3.0 doesn't really working regarding the issue but they ignored my problem by telling the others laptop also facing the same problem as the usb 3.0 will detect hard disk with more than 1 minutes if the usb3.0 hard disk itself are password protected.

I am working in oversea, Philippines, thus i don't really care about it since they keep telling me that they are unable to 1 to 1 exchange or fix it to me. However, today, once i on my laptop again and inserted my usb2.0 pendrive and also my usb2.0 external hard disk to my upper left usb3.0 drive, both my usb2.0 port hard drive can't be detected at all and yet the bottom left usb3.0 drive can detect it immediately once i inserted both hard drive. I am now inconvenience for any changes or complain right now as I need to work on tomorrow til Sunday. I think I am only eligible to take my off day on Monday in order to walk in the nearest Asus service center regarding my laptop issue.

Furthermore, i don't understand how come after i press my AI-recovery burner, it face some problem also, stated the recovery partition does not exist. I wonder why this new laptop and so much costly(RM3599), end up with so many hardware and also software problem!!! My recovery software are totally useless now, can't be function anymore. I got pissed off with this latest model... FAK!!!

Anybody here can be clarify this sentence? I wonder whether Asus (Facebook Admin) gave the accurate info or not regarding the N55SF white colour...

Anybody here got any idea how to get N55SF-SX047V in white version?
Looking for it so desperately.... (^.^)
Or anyone have any idea when the white colour will be launch in Malaysia?
I wanted to buy it!!! but I am currently not in Malaysia, will be back in 30August til 8 September, would I possible get this toy or not? Pls let me noe if anybody got any news regarding this lappy...
