we have a few big projects in pg with the authority and my company is not as huge as i think i need a few partners who can funding us between 400-500k per project or 1 million to 1.5 million for the bigger one. The returns is within a year and mostly involved food outlet and pub.

hi

me and my partner managed to convince a public listed company to sell us their supermarket in penang. we short of 800k when my partner's customer delay his payment. The deal was done 4 months ago as we carefully study and involved in the operations.

The supermarket now has 900k to 1 million sales per month which we can hit 1.2 to 1.4 million after we change some issues. Sorry i can't disclose too much details now.

there are 2 ways to do this :

1) loan : 800k for one month, we will pay 30k CASH per day.
2) partnership : we offer 50% of our company share.

anyone know where can i buy an used imac g5? 20" intel. i bought one from lowyat forumer named Helen and it was great, cost me RM3.7k. My brother took it and now i need another set.

i checked with Penang CG computer but the price not much different from new one.

pls help.
