hi guys,
i just bought a new pc with specs:

athlon x4 630
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
ram 2gb pc1333
hard disk WD green 640gb

after installed win xp,
the pc work "slow" especially installing something...
some technician told me tat coz new pc is better work with vista and 7,
is tat true?
