Most of the reasons stated here are interrelated.One should be the inability to sell at higher volume thus giving problem to Proton to roll their money for expansion of their business.

1.No 5 Years Cycle For Each Models.Oklaa maybe 5 for the Popular one and 7 for others.
It is hard to gauge which models will be the next iteration or will it be a new model to be introduce ? I like Honda how they introduce a new iteration for every models in every 5 years while 2.5 years for every facelift.Still we have no idea will Proton introduce a new Perdana ?

2.Design Language is not the same for every models
Since there's no 5 years cycle for each models,they will be having problem to applied the same design language for every car they sell.Mazda and Mercedes it one of hell fine example.You know it is them from far away when you see it.Some Proton is like Alfa,some is like VW front,some are applying the "Wau Design" (Gen 2/Persona/Exora) while the new one "Proton Wings Design"(Preve/Suprima/Iriz).Waja is all alone.

3.Decide which name to use and stop changing if it is working.
Proton has the habit to change name if it is working.While rename Satria to Satria Neo ? Can it just be Satria ?

4.Too many nomenclature and it is inconsistent too.
What with the LMST,FL,FLX,CFE turn Turbo.Can they just follow Mercedes ? It is easy to know what the car has to offer.

5.Inconsistent variance
During Syed Zainal,it was Baseline,Medium,and High Spec.Sometime you will have SE.Now you will have LE,SV,SP,SSP, and now back to Executive.Proton should decide how they want to classify their variance.Should they do like Toyota ? J,E,G and TRD ?

6.Campro project should not start at first.
Although the engine project is good for the local engineers to learn,it is at the expense of the customers.Early Campro is sucks,with its torque dip problem,one can confirm this engine is not fuel efficient at all.Right now this is the only engine Proton with improvement of coz has in production although is not called Campro any more.

7.They should start with the car design and NVH for the last 10 years.
Most of the time ,I don't get it what Proton is trying to do with their design.During Mahaleel,the interior design is so simple that I think they just want to emulate Lotus.Sometime look like they want to be VW for the interior.

8.They want to use CVT which is good but they pick the wrong one.
I wonder why they don't want to use a 6 speed GB like in the Polo Sedan,is it too big? Punch CVT ain't smooth like how JDM Wish Valvematic or the new Nissan Xtronic behaved.

9.Hate at first sight when a new model comes out.
It is never easy to like how Proton design their new car.It take a while to like the Preve design.The rear back is still ugly to me.Something is not right.Like out of proportion.Same goes to Suprima.

The things I like about Proton,

-how they handle well for a less than 40k/50k/60k/70k car.(Preve/Suprima/Iriz/Persona)
-safety wise for Preve and Iriz

1.If i buy a Life Insurance from company A, 500K coverage and Personal Accident Insurance, 500K coverage from company B,if i died because accident,which insurance will pay to my family?

How about normal death ?

2.How about the amount disburse? 50/50 between insurance company ? Or both company will pay the total amount insured ?

So far I have:

Group Life Insurance (provided by Employer) = 36 months of last salary
Group PA Insurance (provided by Employer ) = 36 months of last salary

Very noob laa about this.

How does it works ?

Hi All,

I am planning to rent an apartment probably this November.Since this is my first time doing this,I have some few questions for any forum-er who willing to help.Therefore posting in Kopitiam ,i believed can gather more people rather than in properties thread.

1)Shall i seek a property agent to find the apartment that suit the location and budget or just go find it by myself looking for any advertisement around the area ?

2)If i am opting for an agent to find the apartment,how much is the commission need to pay ?How to know he/she the real estate agent ?

3)Since I am planning to move in during early November,what's the best time to start find one,is now to early ?

4)There's a deposit need to pay before moving in which is normally 2 months advance rental fee plus one month utility bill.Can i opt to use the deposit to pay the last two months of the my tenancy of the property?

5)Do share any others matter that i need to consider like black n white agreement.
