[WTA] my PC cannot start up

when i turn on my PC, it shows black screen, and press <ESC> to change boot order, press <F10> to enter SETUP, press <F12> to boot from LAN. when i press <esc>, it shows my specification, when i press F10, it shows "please wait" and it keeps displaying "please wait" forever, and when i press F12, it doesn't show anything...
for information, when i turn on my PC and the black screen stuck like that forever...

can anybody tell me what happens and what should i do?
answers or helps will be highly appreciated.

additional information:
1. i just changed my hard disk half year ago, so it definitely won't be hard disk problem.
2. definitely not overheating problem.
3. my PC is HP compaq and the operating system is windows XP.

in the mcd booklet it says big mac has 531 calories. 100g of ayam goreng has 273 calories, so i don't know normally we eat 2 ayam goreng is how much calories.
