Long story short, tenant give hell a lot of problem. Boyfriend eat stuff in the fridge without asking, smoke at balcony without caring if there's laundry being dried there, after smoking just left the balcony as open and easy to access as his gf. Gf(tenant) lazy as fuck. Kitchen after use left it there dirty and oily. Every week other housemates have to clean, otherwise unwanted pests will start having orgy and populate.

Rubbish bin is filled to the brim till maggots from the 10th generation of flies happily feast on rotting food. Here's the fun part.

First warning already given for months, second warning was with pictures and action will be taken. Third warning was already with vulgar words treating that wh0re like an adult. Bf not happy that I used vulgar words and assertive warnings. Now I have given eviction notice via watsapp and reply was unfavourable. I inspected their room and it was filthy and dirty. Fan was so dirty, it felt like Alleycat hung their afro hair on the blades of the fan. Asked her in a very polite manner, "wtf is this cleanliness?" Now she's debating that she's not happy that we(the housemates) are not fair to her.

Question is :After giving eviction notice, should I lock her fucking face out of the condo unit if she does not evict her black disgusting dirty self? Contract was not given as it slipped my mind for the longest time due to work and depression.

Wanna ask. If you request for an artwork to be done and have given all information and in sights of how it looks like, only to know that you are delayed for months, the drafted artwork looks like some shit ass standard 1 kid job (pictures instead of the ones you requested for they give nonrelated pic from google copy paste, portfolio pics you gave with labels in folder to be displayed they just dump 100+ of the pictures and it looks all over the place kind) You asked to redo and minor changes(placement of photo or spelling) also takes 1-2 months and despite after 8 months still not done, but you've paid the initial work out of gratitude, can you file a report and get your refund? What would you do?

How would you even face your friend(B) who was willing to help you during the wee hour because you asked him to help design something for another 'friend'(A)'s boyfriend who is a Tengku to design a namecard logo at 11.00pm with no effing direction or clue and wants it at 9.00am the next day. So friend B said, "hey, it's alright, just charge u RMXXX for this logo design since you're the one asking for favour". 4.00am till 9.00am with 6-8 changes and finally done.

Delivered the mock up screen shot to friend A and told her the fee. She said her bf needs the AI file. Fair enough, trust that she will do her part, after all, a measly RMxxx is nothing for someone who stays in D.Heights. Weeks went by, kept chasing for update. Reason for delay, "bf's family problem" Fair enough.

An hour ago posted on fb, go stay in 5 star resort with bf. Now...how would you feel and how are you going to explain and face friend B?

Wanna ask, since here more traffic of viewers. If you're already at your plateau of doing weights, how do you increase your weights to say 120% of your weight? I'm skinneh, carrying XXkg deadlift and XXkg of bench (all variants of chest), legs. But now Im like stuck on a certain weight and cannot go further as I injured my back before and both my arms.

TOKYO: Toyota on Wednesday said it was recalling 2.27 million vehicles globally over an airbag system defect that could cause a fire, the latest in a series of callbacks by the world's biggest automaker.

The company, which has now recalled about nine million vehicles in the past two months, said the announcement covered about 20 models, including its Corolla sedan and Yaris subcompact.

The fire risk from the defect covers about 1.62 million cars abroad and 650,000 in Japan, Toyota said.

"There is a risk that the airbag container could break down and scatter around, which could cause fire or injuries," the carmaker said in a statement submitted to Japan's transport ministry on Wednesday.
