Thaqif, menjadi tajuk bualan di dalam sebuah group pc gaming di Malaysia apabila ingin meminta tajuk sebuah game yang dibuatnya sendiri. Ramai yang memberikan kata sokongan tak kurang juga yang memerli padanya.

Setelah di kecam hebat kerana umurnya yang baru berusia 12 tahun dan masih bersekolah rendah, sedikit pun semangatnya tidak luntur dan telah membuktikan kepada umum bahawa beliau telah pun menyiapkan 75% dari hasil kerjanya kedalam group, boleh lihat hasil kerjanya di video di bawah

Tuah ayam nampak di kaki, tuah manusia siapa yang tahu, begitulah sebaliknya, malang sekali apabila cyber cafe tempat thaqif menghasilkan Game telah memadam aplikasi coding gaming yang adik thaqif buat kerana takut itu adalah virus. Beliau telah meminta maaf kepada warga group kerana tidak sempat menghabiskan dan menunjukkan hasil kerjanya.

Walaupun sedih tapi dia langsung tak give up dan tetap ingin menyiapkan game, kerana kesungguhannya dia telah menekad untuk teruskan membuat game.

Bangkit dari rintangan yang berlaku, thaqif cuba mencari komputer “kentang” dalam lingkungan harga rm 350 yang sesuai untuk software coding beliau, untuk adik thaqif mula dari awal mencipta game buatannya sendiri.

Is the agreement above fair to me as tenant? or is there any clause i should add to protect myself?

Question regarding REN for Negotiator

I am now trying to rent a place in Penang and i saw a few advert which i call those agent to ask for availability

I notice some of them do not have REN or have bogus REN which if i try to search for them in http://search.lppeh.gov.my/

I will get prompted with "No search result found" should i be worry?

Now i got an agent when i ask for REN just for identification purposes tell me "Sorry I dont have REN yet,Havent reach target"

I dont understand what target one need to reach to be registered

He is arranging me to see an apartment tomorrow with the owner should i proceed?

The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) can not provide the full amount of the loan offered to students in public institutions of higher learning (IPT) because of past loan applicants.

Chairman of PTPTN, Datuk Shamsul Anuar Nasarah, said the collection target last year was RM15 billion but they only managed to collect RM8 billion.

“Although PTPTN’s revenue has increased due to strict enforcement action and less popular moves implemented by PTPTN, the main target was not achieved. Out of the RM56 billion loan issued, we were only able to recover RM15 billion.”

Among the unpopular action taken by PTPTN include making cuts starting with the 2014 students only receiving a loan of 95 percent for their public universities (UA) fees. While only 85 percent loans were granted for students who got the offer to enter private tertiary institutions,” he said.

He also commented on the allegations from parents who were unhappy with the actions taken by PTPTN especially those with low-income due to the partial loans given to their children

Shamsul Anuar said that he was aware of the problems the parents are facing and hope the community can support the enforcement actions in order to recover PTPTN study loan payments to ensure a continued strong financial position by PTPTN.
