Buying my first car

Today I just went to perodua and apply loan for a MYVI 1.3 SE Model.
Price is around RM47500.00. SA told me 1 or 2 day will know result already.
After I went back home, my dad suddenly told me he got a friend selling his 2011 MYVI at price of 25K.
Car condition should be good. Can view. Don't know should I go for New car or 2nd hand car now...
I plan to use long term until koyak baru decide to sell...

Which should I consider?

Hi All Computers Mates,

I'm looking for humble recommendation from you guys from my first pc build.
I'm now looking for good Micro-ATX case for my build and I seems to like TJ08-E .
Thank you guys. I have decided to take TJ08-E, this case easy to find or not?

Here is my finalized Budget Specs:
-Processor: Intel i3-3225
-Motherboard: ASRock B75M-R2.0
-RAM: Gskill 2x4GB DDR3 1600mhz value ram
-HDD:WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache
-Casing: TJ08-E
-PSU: Strider Essential 500W

I will like to hear you guys opinions on my build. No graphic card needed cause is not for Gaming.
The purpose is just for Amateur video editing, web browsing, flash game, watching FULL-HD movies.

[URGENT] Question about property transfer

The situation is like this.

1)The buyer already bought the unit from the developer.
2)The buyer get home loan from bank.
3)The buyer now selling to me.

Question is,
In this condition, if I successfully deal with this seller, I still can take a home loan right?
What are the things I need to consider for this case?
