Anyone has a handheld vacuum to recommend? Is karcher worth it? I wan a more budget one because will not be using that often but good to have only.

So I came back to Malaysia to relax, hence, I chose to give KL a try.

Chose an affordable hotel to stay in the middle of the city.

The problem is, public transport like shiit, not convenient at all to move around. Crowded and with so dam long interval.

Walking not convenient at all full of potholes, instead of pushing the stroller I was lugging it almost 30% of the time.

Grab waited 2 hours no rider. Decided to go out to tapao. Waited 30 mins just to tapao despite no customer.

Ordered grab to get somewhere 2km away, it took me freaking 30 mins to arrive.

I have never felt so inefficient.

How do you guys endure such inefficiency? I felt last 10 years when I was in KL, it was way better than now. We have regressed so much despite technology.

Open ear headphones

Anyone here using open ear headphones?

Just ordered a shokz opendot one but not sure would it be a wise decision from my side coming from someone that has been using wf1000-xm4 for 4 years.

Reason I have been considering open ear headphones are:
1) comfort - having ear tampons for long hours is pretty uncomfortable.
2) awareness - I commute daily, when I'm on my headphones I literally engrossed to what I'm doing with music being blasted to my ears. I kinna miss my stations and needed to uturn. Never liked sonys ambience sound, where external sound is literally unnatural.
3) good for office use - I can still talk to my colleagues while listening to musics without taking them out.

What I'm worried are:
1) sound quality - since it is an open ear, music quality would definitely be compromised. Unless you're in a quiet environment the Dolby Atmos function is superb (tried it in store).
2) noise - perhaps my major concern especially I'm in a train, where screeching sound overwhelm what I'm listening to.

Would love to hear opinions on current users or those that are considering a jump too.

High or low floor?

Hi guys,

Those staying in high rise, I'll need some inputs from you guys. Would it better to go for high floor or low floor? Unit will have 40 floors in total.

Besides, another concern of mine is, the unit is literally beside of an expressway, hence would be dusty and noisy for higher unit. For lower unit there will be more units to temper both but drawback is pest issue.

Reverse cycle

Have anyone experienced reverse cycle? How did you guys deal with it and get your little one back to a normal cycle?

Our baby sleeps in the morning, refuses to drink. On the other hand, she wakes up very frequent for feeding at night.

What can we do to get her to a normal cycle?

Wondering if you guys have any recommendations on what to apply to a newborn baby that accidentally scraped her face? Any medication that would facilitate her healing and prevent scar formation.

It happened to my daughter when I took off her mittens, and she scraped her face and nose when I turned away. So, any parents which such experience can share some tips?

I need some advice .. do you guys think it is better to wait for a laptop with usb4? Or should I just get one now ..

I have placed an order for lenovo P14s (amd) .. but it is taking soooooo long to be delivered .. May consider to cancel because it does not have a thunderbolt ...

Therefore, I was thinking should I wait for the next gen of Amd that comes with usb4?

But the downside would be the cost .. as the next gen may come with ddr5 .. which will be a huge price increase .. but of coz .. also a better igpu too

I would like to get an air purifier for my mum. She contracted TB a year ago, thus, she her lungs kinna weak now. She has been coughing quite often lately. So, I have decided to get one for my mum.

I need a small one that could keep her room cleaner. Not too pricey, budget around 500.

Hi guys,

This may sound simple, but it tends to confuse me. I have a weak foundation in English, so I hope someone could enlighten me.

So which should I use:

1) he left in a hurry, he seems worried

2) he left in a hurry, he seemed worried

To me, the first one sounds better because it conveys the meaning that he is still worried when he left. The latter, seems to be correct too, but something is amiss though.
