[HELP] Cannot Join LAN Games

My PC running is :

-E8200
-Asus P5KR
-2x2GB ADATA DDR800
-HIS 3870
-320GB Seagate SATA
-LG DVD-RW
-500WATT Antec PSU

OS :
Windows XP Professional SP2

I am using Netgear DG834G, have NO PROBLEMS in surfing the net, everything is FINE for net surfing, msn, skype, IE, online gaming, everything.

I've swapped different brand usable router & even my NIC! DONE ALL I CAN DO!!

Network Settings checked, i CAN transfer files through PCs, i am on the SAME workgroup, & even renamed the particular workgroup!

Problems :

I cant see any games on Local Area Network[LAN], when others created in my house & people even cant see games that I create, as in vice versa.

Games tried are Warcraft3 & Counter-Strike.

Games versions are confirmed to be the same, Warcraft3[1.21], Counter-Strike[1.6]

I've tried allowing ALL ports & even turned off ALL possible firewalls, even the Windows Firewall, only anti-virus software installed is AVG 7.5.

IVE TRIED FOR MORE THAN 48HOURS, PLS & PLS, ANY1 OUT HERE CAN HELP ME OUT, GREAT THX IN ADVANCE & MAY GOD BLESS HIM/HER FOR LIFE.

ello,

im having a 1.5mbps d/l & 256kbps u/l, may i noe whether am i limited by the upload spped to host an online game server? specifically, Warcraft 3.
in fact, im suffering from laggage when i 'created' a game online, but my connection seems fine when i 'joined' other's game.
any other parts to check?
