What is government pension actually?

are these true?

i heard that,

if working with government u will get salary.
if working for 30years u are entitled to the government pension plan.
after the workers are dead the pension payment are entitled to the worker's children as long as they live.
and they produce so many2 children along his life.

malaysian government has started to give pension around 60-70's.

so, gov worker that start work at 60's are entitled to pension 30years later.
so, the 1st batch entitled to the pension start from 1960+30 = 1990 onwards.
2nd batch start from 1970+30 = 2000 onwards.
3rd batch 1980+30 = 2010 onwards.

and nowadays, gov has to pay these pensions to all of these workers and their children after they dead.

i mean, gov sure has to allocate a lot of money to pay them, because there are three batch at the moment, and they were a huge amount of people working with gov from the past until now.

if dont hav enough money? how to cater all of these payments?

by introducing new tax system of course. for example, GST (good & services tax).
GST are introduced to reduce consumer pain.

example.

before:
clothes factory (RM10) > clothes vendor (RM20) > consumer (RM40)

GST:
clothes factory (RM10+10tax=20) > clothes vendor (RM20+10tax=30) > consumer (RM40)

it also can be a very good medium/reason to increase the good & services price in the future, eg. next year.

i read these from a book. pls giv comment. because im so confuse and not much understand.
