Selling a used car

Im selling a used car as a private seller but since I haven't done this before, I have a few questions:

1) who bears the registration transfer fee at JPJ/ puspakom inspection ? (seller or buyer)

2) if the buyer wants to purchase the car but needs to apply for loan first, should I ask for a deposit ? should it be refundable/non refundable? The buyer has demanded that it is refundable just in case his loan is rejected. But me as the seller, I need some kind of security to hold the car for him.

Hi,

Can anyone please post their screen calibration data for the KS20.

Its located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH under the entry "calibration data"

it's a set of 5 paired values separated by commas e.g. aaa,bbb ccc,ddd eee,fff ggg,hhh, iii,jjj

I need this because someone was playing with my screen alignment and its totally out! I can't even navigate to "align screen" and have it re-calibrated manually.
