Hi sifus, need help with my internet connection.

I just realized my wifi connection on my mobile devices/laptop are never on their full potential speed which is 500mbps, which i can achieve by plugging in ethernet cable.

Is this normal? is there a way to achieve higher speed?

Planning to get a new phone to replace my Zenfone 2... it's quite powerful but the battery is giving me bad vibes.
I'm currently looking for phones with the desired spec:

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8xx (please lecture me about the performance, I was taught higher means better)
5 inch and above display.
3000mAh and above battery.
USB-C preferably

HTC Chacha x1, still have box, handsfree, charger MIA too, working perfectly as I only used to text no longer than 2 months, looks 99% new.
Moto G 16GB, box recycled , charger assumed MIA, phone working perfectly fine, one of the most rugged phone I've used so far, have black rubberized back & solid red matte back cover & handsfree.
Zenfone 2 32GB 4GB RAM, with box, handsfree using since it's in-ear, charger using too. Latest among the 4, bought from DirectD late 2015, changed charger IC once.

All 4 phones can be turned on, with exclusion Desire HD has some minor compromises.

Getting a desktop or laptop for gaming/multimedia

Hi guys,

I need some advice and suggestions on which,when,where,and how much to get decent gaming rig / laptop for gaming & multimedia.

I am currently using a 2-3 years old ACER 4741G (310M GPU) where it's fan has stopped working and now I have to let it rest every 1-2 hours of gaming/movie.
I want to get a replacement but I have no clue where to start. My budget is under RM2,000.00.

How much would it cost me to build a rig to play FPS games like Rust/Dayz/Battlefield/HoN/Dota2? Will a laptop under that range support the mentioned games?

Any recognized/recommended shops to buy these hardware?

Anything else I should look out for, as in branding, glitchy hardwares, overpriced dealers?

I hope to get some respond from you guys as I am totally clueless and kinda needed the rig a.s.a.p.
