Growing grass on top of concrete roof?

I'm not sure if this is feasible, but im interested in growing cow grass on top of my flat concrete roof (the one infront of the balcony, roof for car porch).

The main problem here should be irrigation and moisture from the grass. Also, a secondary problem would be weight of grass+soil when it is wet(water) on the concrete roof...

I'm sure its a common idea, but not many execution. Unless coming from a designer house with customize roof, a carpet grass roof might still be a dream for someone staying in intermediate units like me?

Anyone has any idea or costs involved, please feel free to discuss and lead me. Thanks!
