I rented a place from this guy name LENNON CHEE from cityreal company and everything go bad to worst!!! He was super friendly and nice saying he will help to settle everything(electrical, aircond, painting, cleaning) BEFORE THE DATE I move in, I was so stupid to believe him and pay him the deposit without hesitate because I am URGENT TO HAVE A PLACE TO STAY. After I paid the deposit and also the rm500 runner fees, his attitude changes and he did not fulfill whatever he promise, and keep saying that everything I have to settle myself after I move in. I try to talk nicely to him but end up quarrel as he refuse to solve the problem but keep scolding me to settle myself!! WHERE IS THE PROMISE THAT HE HAD MADE?? at the end I have no choice but to rent the place because I NEED TO MOVE IN URGENT.
