Car Accident in front of tesco Puchong

Hi, does anyone has experience dealing with Bandar Kinrara 5 Police HQ before?

I was involved in car accident and made a police report on that day, but when I called to ask for result of investigation, the police officer told me that I need to go to the place again and apply for them to conduct investigation.

Can I know is this the right procedure? I believe other police stations will let us know the investigation results after few days of the accident without the need of going there again and apply for it.

[WTA] House Renovation

Hi, would like to ask some question on house renovation.

When the time to draft the floor plan for my house kitchen extension, my architect give me a form which is some sort of black and white for my neighbour to sign and agree on my house renovation.

However, the neighbour refused to response to my request (Not picking up calls and reply my sms), even though he agreed to meetup to discuss on this matter. My architect said I can proceed with the floor plan submission with a letter stating that I cannot reach my neighbour.

I had consulted my architect, if my neighbour lodge complaints in the future, worst case is I will have to dismantle my renovation works but my renovation works only to build small wall which is to separate my house and his.

So my question is there anyway I can do for now other than just "wait" for his complaint to get saman or worst to dismantle my wall?

Thanks.
