Hi all Sifu. May I know the tenancy agreement can put name other than landlord? My brother want to rent out his condo but he working oversea. He want to put my name in the tenancy agreement instead of his name for ease of processing. Will there be issues if want to take legal action to those bad tenant (touch word😅)? Any lawyer here can give advise? Million thanks!

I had back up my iPhone 4S to my computer using itunes. When I restore my backup to iPhone 5S, all the apps can't be restore.
Any sifu can help?

Hi! Anyone heard about this wine investment company - The Bottled Wealth Holding.
Recently I was invited to attend their one to one investment talk. They even gave away RM300 Istean voucher and a bottle of red wine after the presentation. No purchase obligation. I attended the talk because Im interested to know more about wine investment. Not because of the free gift.

Actually I'm quite interested to their plan but scare it is a scam. They promise a 15%-20% annual return and they said this would be the worst case scenario. They able to do that because they are buying from wine yard 15% price lower than the market price. Investment horizon will be 3yrs. They even have a referral program where you can get RM2K cash or RM3K wine when your referral invest with them. Min amount for new investor is RM10k and max RM25K.

Anyone know what's the basic salary and commission for bank's sales executive (Mortgage/commercial Loan)?

What's the difference between working for an outsource company and with bank?
