Bold 9000 white screen

Hi, my bold 9000 turn white screen and reboot. It keep on rebooting every 5 to 10 minute. I was running OS 5.0.0.509_Wind Hellas. I thought it was an OS issue, so I down graded to OS 5.0.0.464 and later to 4.6. the problem is the same.

I bought mine from Digi. Anybody has any experience regarding warranty claim from Digi. I called Digi helpline but the person promised to get back to me where to send for service. It seems that the person at Digi helpline is unsure what to do. Btw, she also asked me about the warranty card. I don't think Blackberry comes with warranty card. I bought bold 2, from Maxis last week at 1-utama also does not come with warranty card.

Hi,

I was running the new OS 5.0.0.411 for few day. When I removed the battery, my bold went dead. The red led was flickering. I managed to reinstall the same OS and get it running however, the documents to go were missing. Please help me how to install the documents to go. Thanks
