Hi /k .. help me..i got question..

story like this.

- I live in KL. my mum live in N9 with my sister.
- so yesterday, 2 of my uncle (my mum step brother) came to my mum house want to borrow money but, her saving account book is with me.
- then my uncles persuade her to lend them her gelang emas instead
- they said they will return it back after a week..which I think very unlikely
- she give it to them. 4 pieces of it which I think value at about 12K
- I dont know about this until after late afternoon. my sister told me about it.
- my uncles remind my mum not to tell me.
- after I got to know..I called both of them..no answer. I sent SMS..no reply. definitely they are gone now.
- today my mum went to 1 of my uncle house and met his wife. she dont know abt it..she was surprise. my uncles never came back home since yesterday.
- both of my uncle got history of borrowing money and even conned my grandmother's life saving.
- dont ask why my mum so senang kena tipu...i'm still furious with her now.

question is :-

- can i make a police report? since my mum willingly give the gold to them..
- what should i do?
