Hi All,

Want to ask all sifu opinion,

I am having issues with my neighbours, those guys keep parking infront of my house and in the middle of the junction to block the road.
When talk to them they scold me back say not my road and ask me report to MPK. =.='

Any suggestion what need to be done to them..

Room Rental Problem

Hi guys, would like to know your opinion on my problem.

I am renting a master room currently. Everything is okay until the master tenant had several time miss the payment of electricy bill and then TNB cut it. 5 times kena cut in the period of 1 and 1/2 year. The first half year of renting was okay. Then it got to worst.

Finally i decided to stop renting and give my 2 months notice. She informed me that i need to find someone to replace the room i am renting, otherwise she will not return my deposit (2 months....1 month = rm 600). When i said there is no such rule in renting a room, She told me that this is her house so its her rule.
She did mention this but in another way around. She at first told me "If i rent less than half a year then i need to find someone to replace my unit". I already rented the master room for more than a year.Besides i am renting a room not the whole house. There is no black and white contract.

Btw she(master tenant) is a student. While i am a working person =.=

This sounds kinda lame but what should i do, most of my friends asked me to use the deposit to cover the rent and then rent another place. In doing this i am afraid that this ***** will change the lock to apartment. Like she did to someone before me.But that guy owes her money.
