Phone cacat.. K800i

Hi guys, few questions here...

1) my k800i call record will not updated. Meaning, no matter it's miss call, received call or outgoing call, it will not be marked down in the "call record" list. HELP!!!

2) sometime, or should i say always, it happens almost everyday, my phone will somehow cannot detect the M2, i need to switch on/off the phone, or take out/in the M2 then only it will back to normal. HELP!!!

if i couldn't get the solution from LYN forumers, i'm going to send the phone to claim warranty. I guess big possibility they will flash my phone and all my inbox will gone.
3) how can i back up all the sms which currently store in the phone memory?

im a fresh grad and going to start my working life at altera next week..
i was hired as a product engineer..

win98 network issue

i juz format my old pc and install win98 SE to it..
when installing the driver of NIC..some faulty happen..
then i restart, and now everytime when booting, it wil says file "vnetsup.vxd", "vredir.vxd" and "dfx.vxd" cant be found..
when load into windows, another prompt msg say "msnp32.dll" file cant be found and "microsoft network" application cannot work.
WTH is tis???

tis pc can online now..no prob on surfing net..(connect to a switch)
but juz cant share files in my home LAN..
it juz dint appear in the workgroups eventhough i alr set the workgroup name correctly..

oso..i cant find the "my network place" thing..

headache..someone can help me solve tis?

my main target is juz to make it can access my network place..share file in LAN then ok alr..

Warcraft 3: bprotect close my MSN !

since i upgraded to latest patch 1.20d...
everytime i open the W3 loader and the Bprotect come out..
then my MSN for sure will automatically exit!!!
how come tis happen!!!!!
anybody encounter same prob????
