Advice Need - Remote Work for Indonesian Company

Hi all,

I recently got a job offer to work remotely for a research company in Indonesia.
This company is legit and all so I am not worried about this.
They are also really nice and can see they are passionate with the research that they are doing now.

Now the company is okay with staff working remotely as they also got few in other countries, even the co-founder is in US and Singapore currently.
Also because of the pandemic, I will have to start working remotely (not a problem as a programmer) and they prefer for me to relocate once everything has settled down.

Now I am considering to take the offer.
But this is my first time to be a remote worker, and working for a company that is outside of Malaysia.
Everything looks good to go now as in good salary, save me on the EPF or SOCSO, and I can work comfortably without meeting people.
But I also feel like I am not sure if there is anything that I missed? How they pay the salary? Tax?

They give me 1 week to think about it and are open for any concerns about the work arrangement so I don't want to miss anything that I should consider.

Is there anyone with the same situation as I am now?
Any tips or idea what should I do now?

HELP FOR TM WEBHOSTING

Hey everyone.

I need help on how to use TM webhosting.
It is super confusing, their control panel is weird, I couldn't use the configuration for ftp transfer.

User guide that they provide is not really helping and the customer service is really, really SLOW.

It's either I am doing it wrong or I am missing something.

Does anyone has experience or tips how to use it?

I opened an IMTEEN MAYBANK account this year.
I'm thinking to register online at their website.

So when I went to ATM and tried Maybank2u application but it said that I still need to wait till I'm 18.
I read at Maybank2u website that I can register online at their website by doing some of the procedure.
I tried but it said service is unavailable.

So I wonder can I actually register at Maybank2u website or not?

If I'm wrong, do tell me.. =)

Here is my question....

I want to design a banner and then send it to a shop and ask them to print it for me...
But the problem is that how big / what is the size for my design should be?

Can I just design a 700 x 250 dimension picture and send it to the shop?
And will it be blurry when the shop print it on the banner...?

I also want to design a shirt but how big my design should be..?

I don't think I explain it very detail tho.. ^^'
