Safari auto closed.

Hi All,
I'm using IPAD 3. And the safari browser always auto closed while browsing. Sometimes it will closed all current open pages.
I tried to end all apps running and restart IPAD but this problem still keep coming back.

Anyone encounter the same problem? Can advise how to solve it?

Possible to split land title into 3 names?

Dear All,
I have an old bungalow and it is lease hold. The house is with 3 names. Myself and two uncles.
We would like to rebuild the house. But i wonder is it possible to split the one land into 3 titles ? so that each of us has our own land.

If possible, where and how to apply? Please advise. Thanks.

I'm looking for a 32 inch LED TV but not sure which is the best. My budget is RM1000.
With this budget can get a decent one?

my son first saw this car he said : "wah....so special". It belongs to his school mate's dad. Have a short chat and he said engine wise not much problem and quite standard. Engine oil or small service can be done outside workshop sometime only need specialist.

Hehe...selling less than 20K. Hmm....can consider?
